Common questions, and how to reach us.

Why does a film show no streaming service?

Usually the film is not streaming in your country right now. Services carry different films in different countries. It can also mean our data source has not listed it yet. Check that your country is set correctly in the app's Settings. Older and smaller regional films are often missing. Catalogues change every week, so check again later. You can still keep the film in your list.

How does Interval find which services carry a film?

Streaming availability comes from JustWatch, through TMDB (The Movie Database), for around 150 countries. For some services Interval builds a direct link to the film's page in that platform's app. Availability can lag behind a platform's own catalogue by a few days.

How do I change my country?

Open Settings in the app and choose Country. Interval then shows the streaming services and age ratings for that country.

A service is listed but the film isn't there

The film may have left that platform recently, or it may only be available to rent or buy. Write to us with the film's name and the platform and we will look into it.

Can I watch films inside Interval?

No. Interval does not host or stream films. It opens the film in the platform's own app on your phone, and later on Apple TV or Google TV. You need a subscription to that platform.

What does the Kids profile show?

Only films rated for children in your country's rating system: for example U and UA in India, G and PG in the US, and U and PG in the UK. Adult content is blocked across the whole app, for every profile.

How do I delete my account and data?

Open the app's settings and choose Delete account. This removes your account, profiles and all your watchlists from our servers. Uninstalling the app alone does not delete your data on the server.

If you no longer have the app, email suhi.apps@gmail.com and we will delete it for you. See the privacy policy for details.

When can I download Interval?

Interval is in development. It is coming to the App Store first (iPhone), then Google Play. Apple TV and Google TV apps follow.
